This is smart chargers which has small size , with high charge efficience,and with fully protection against li ion or lifepo4 battery system , and it was designed with shock-resistant. The entire unit adopts LLC resonant soft-switching technology, achieved a maximum efficiency of more than 93% under full power conditions. It features on stable performance and high reliability, can work intelligently for charging various types of battery which different chemistry. with built-in microprocessor determines the battery’s relative capacity and can detect ambient temperature during charging process , and generated different charging curves based on above two factors. Constant current charging throughout the whole process ensures good battery balance and effectively extends battery life.
It has CAN ,RS485 ,one-wire communication and Bluetooth wireless communication capabilities, accepting protocol commands from BMS,ECU,VCU,supports logic control and data uploading . It also supports multi-channel temperature sensor sampling and detection

Communications functions:
This charger support RS485 ,UART ,CAN ,One-wire communication ,and Bluetooth communication functions
RS 485 : support RS485 Communication by connecting to Battery RS85 communication port to send and receipt the signal and command
from the Battery , it will work the same with UART,CAN communication ways .
Also the charger support Bluetooth communication between the charger and Battery , when it connects with physical Communication of 485 and CAN ,it physical
communication command will be prior to other communictions .
The system automatically disconnects charging if it detects a charging protection failure in either the charger or the BMS. It works like two tireless sentinels monitoring and backing each other up. Even if one occasionally lapses in attention, the other can immediately take over, ensuring absolute safety. This means that accidents caused by unilateral protection failures will be fundamentally prevented!!!
